What is Scouting?
In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.
What do we do?
In our troop, we go camping and do hikes very often. During such times, we cook meals over the fire, sleep in tents we pitch, and have all-around fun! Every Sunday we have meetings to discuss future activities like court of honors, hikes, and other adventures!
How can I join?
It's super simple! Head over to https://join.scouting.org/ and type in your zip code. It will scan around a few mile radii and find all the troops and packs in that area. Ours can also be found there! Just go to https://beascout.scouting.org/list/?zip=17068&program%5B%5D=scoutsBSA&unitID=291124 and it will be right there! You can request info or apply right there!
